| 5% DoD Incentive to Primes |
A contractor of a Federal agency under any Act of Congress may be allowed an additional amount of compensation equal to 5 percent of the amount paid to a subcontractor or supplier, in carrying out the contract if such subcontractor or supplier is an Indian organization or Indian owned economic enterprise. |

Direct Negotiated Contract:
Given TKC Global’s SBA Certified 8(a) Disadvantaged Business status, government agencies may choose to contract directly with TKC Global. If this option is chosen, the Agency first completes the one-page form, Proposed Project For 8(a) Program (Reference FAR 19.804-2).
