Chris Teich - Vice President of Finance, NANA Contracting Services
Chris has over 19 years of financial and general management experience in the services and government contracting industries. He joined NANA Development Corporation in 2004 as the Vice President of Finance for NANA Contracting Services with financial planning, fiscal strategy and oversight responsibility for all subsidiary companies. Prior to joining NANA, Chris was with Sodexho USA for 17 years serving in various finance roles. His experiences included start up of Sodexho's government services business, M&A due diligence and planning, merger integration, new business development, as well as divisional and regional finance operations roles. Chris has a 15 year relationship with NANA, including extensive experience gained working with Sodexho's and NANA's Alaska based joint venture NANA Management Services. He holds a MBA and BA in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University. He currently serves on multiple Management Council Boards for NANA Development subsidiary companies.
Clyde Gooden - Vice President of Business Operations,
NANA Contracting Services Clyde brings over 38 years of experience with 26 of those in managerial and operations positions. Just prior to joining TKC Management Services, Clyde served as President of NANA Services in Federal Way , Washington , an ANC 8(a) company providing base operations and support to the Federal Government. Some of the services provided to the government included Moral Welfare & Recreation, Custodial Services, Security Services and full food service. Additionally, Clyde spent more than eight years operating a privately held company with national customers like Safeway Stores, Pay & Save Corporation, Lamonts Apparel and local government agencies like the State of Alaska, City of Fairbanks, Fairbanks North Star Borough School District and many local merchants through out Alaska. For the last 15 years NANA has provided Mr. Gooden with extensive experience in startup companies and executive managerial positions in both commercial and government arenas.
Matt Jesinsky - Vice President of Contracting and Procurement, QIVLIQ
Matt has over 16 years experience in purchasing and contracts management focused mainly in the IT / Telecommunications field. His experience includes working for major resellers, equipment manufacturers and telecom companies, to include GTSI, NEC America, and Qwest Communications. His ever increasing job responsibilities have ranged from buyer and product manager, to forecast and budget manager, to director of contracts and order administration. This diverse background has allowed him to grasp the intricacies and unique requirements of purchasing and contracting within the government and commercial spaces. Immediately prior to joining the TKC family of companies, Matt served as the Senior Subcontracts Manager & Small Business Liaison Officer for Qwest Government Services, and was instrumental in the early and very critical relationship between Qwest and TKC Communications. Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from George Mason University, located in Fairfax, Virginia.
