Juvy McCarthy – General Manager
Juvy McCarthy has extensive experience in building government contracting networks and teams. Her talents and experience include developing and leading large service contracts that integrate TKC Global resources with best-in-class partners to provide clients with the best possible solution. Ms. McCarthy has implemented complex projects for numerous government agencies and specializes in bringing together and managing multi-vendor teams. Ms. McCarthy has spent most of her career working for small, SDB, and 8(a) companies, as a result she has outstanding relationships with a broad spectrum of diversity partners. Ms. McCarthy has been an invaluable member of the Qivliq family of companies since 2004 and has played a substantial role in the early growth of TKC Global.

Bud Cool – Vice President, Technology and Global Services
Bud Cool leads TKC Global Solutions’ Technology Solutions team. A veteran of both government and commercial enterprise technology development, Bud has over 28 years of information systems and consulting experience. His background is built on a strong foundation of technical development expertise, beginning as a computer programmer and moving through the ranks to CTO and Senior Director. Bud is responsible for developing and delivering technology practices and service offerings for TKC Global Solutions, as well as for training, equipping and managing his professional services delivery teams.

Peter Burgess - Director, Capture Strategy and Support
Peter Burgess is a 28 year veteran of technical product and services delivery in the Government and Commercial marketplace. Mr. Burgess has been a member of the Qivliq family for over 5 years, and is a recipient of Qivliq’s Pinnacle award. Peter has a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). His qualifications and experience help TKC Global define and deliver quality products and services to its customers on-time, in-spec, and at quoted cost.

Jessica Hunter - Director of Operations
Jessica Hunter manages all back office and post award operations for TKC Global Solutions. Ms. Hunter and her team ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all internal and external business operations to provide superior support to Global’s customers, partners, and staff. Her previous positions provide her the unique ability to understand and focus on customer needs and corporate organization to maximize productivity and profit. Her prior experience includes Project Management, Financial Analysis, Data Analysis and Sales and Operations Management.

Jason Ahn – Vice President Physical Security
Jason Ahn has over 18 years of sales and marketing executive leadership experience. Jason has held various marketing and sales positions for globally recognized companies including Michelin, MCI and Global Crossing. Prior to joining TKC Global, Jason worked as a consultant helping early stage technology companies grow their market position in the international arena, with emphasis in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China and Vietnam. He has provided strategic consulting to multinational companies trying to expand business footprint in the United States including Korea’s LG and Samsung, Japan’s KDDI and Australia’s Telstra. Jason has an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Washington University. Jason also served as an officer in the United States Army.

Dennis Lucey – Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Dennis Lucey has more than 40 years of business development experience in the Federal Marketplace, spanning a wide history of Information Technology evolution. Mr. Lucey’s experience includes tenures at Burroughs, Xerox Data Systems, Storage Technology Corporation, Sybase, JB Cube, ViON Corporation and 3 PAR Data. Dennis has a B.S. in Business from the University of San Francisco and an M.B.A. in Business-Government Relations from American University.

Roger Foote - Director, Physical Security
Roger Foote draws on a diverse background of entrepreneurial and international business. He established and served as President and Managing Director of a European company with international business ventures. Mr. Foote earned an MBA and MS, from the University of MD, while bringing an emerging technology company to market. Mr. Foote brings to the TKC Global team skills in developing and managing programs with multiple organizations, establishing strategic alliances, and customer relations.

Burnell White - Director, Program Support and Solutions
Burnell White is a 30 year veteran of technology products, services, contract and program support delivery to government customers. As a retired member of the U.S. Air Force, Mr. White has managed large government contracts as Program Manager; Business Development Manager, Director of Contracts and Programs Support. Mr. White’s core business focus has been in information management and technology support services including records management, publications and forms management, client support administration, computer systems management, software life cycle management, database administration, configuration management, security-information assurance and programs. Mr. Whites extensive past experience includes work for the Department of Air Force, HQ Air Force Personnel Operating Agency (AFPOA), Air Force Manpower Agency (AFMA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), HQ Army Medical Command, and the Air Force Surgeon General.

Kirsten Ray - Director, Solutions and Services
Kirsten Ray joined the Qivliq family of companies in early 2005. She leads a rapidly growing team tasked with winning, staffing, and supporting large government Civilian and DOD contracts. Ms. Ray’s focus is on government hardware, software, and telecommunication sales. She understands the customer’s needs, providing total solutions which encompass professional services. She has a thorough knowledge of the government sales cycle as well as the procurement processes for SDBs, 8 (a)’s, and ANCs. Ms. Ray has a BS in Management Science and Information Technology, specializing in Computer-Based Decision Support Systems from Virginia Tech.

Anne-Marie Smith – Director, Network and Security Management
Anne-Marie Smith has more than 20 years of business development, partner alliance, and program management experience in support of DoD, Federal Civilian, and Commercial contracts. Ms. Smith’s core business focus has been IT consulting services, telecommunications infrastructure, and outsourcing management. Her experience in network and security engineering management includes prior work for Symantec, Oracle, Unisys, and Bell Atlantic.

Nadean Johnson – Director, Business Development
Nadean Johnson joined TKC Global in August 2009 to lead business development for its emerging Application Engineering and Integration Services Practice. Ms Johnson’s career has been focused on selling Oracle and Microsoft consulting services and solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Business Intelligence, Content Management, and Legacy Systems Modernization to Federal and Commercial clients. Ms. Johnson has a BA in Communications from Virginia Tech.

Warren Miller – Manager, Federal Health IT Solutions
Warren Miller has 21 years of experience in the Federal IT space. He has served in the Federal Government, and with several contractors including 9 years at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. During this time He has created or managed many creative IT solutions for Federal Clients predominately in the Healthcare space (HHS, NIH, PSC, CMS & FDA). Mr. Miller has specifically supported complex IT platforms supporting mission critical applications and has been instrumental in planning and managing Help Desk and Call center consolidation efforts. Mr. Miller has a BS in Business Management from Towson University. He is currently working with HHS and its operating divisions to provide robust solutions to complex requirements.
